Five years ago a group of friends living in Blackeberg gathered with the common idea of creating a holistic centre for the local community, where we could host yoga classes and holistic treatments but also form a community centre where people could meet. We originally wanted to have our centre in the villa known as Sjövillan, but sadly it burnt to the ground in 2021. Later that year we found a place in the vicinity, the place that we now call Sjöhuset. Two years on we have created all that was in our minds all those years ago. We are a yoga studio, holistic health centre as well as a community centre. We have put all our love and energy into creating a place where people can grow into their own beautiful flowers, all with unique needs and talents, every piece contributing to the whole. Every Wednesday the KAMA “Love” Community gathers at Sjöhuset and you can also join the community for 200sek/year. Together we build a more loving world based on cooperation, peaceful coexistence, creativity, health, sustainability and community.
